Head of Sales / Sales Manager | Large Format Print & Display Graphics | Leeds (Hybrid) | £40k - £50k Basic + OTE £75k+

You will be responsible for: 

• Setting and executing sales strategy to drive revenue growth across new and existing accounts
• Ultimately leading, mentoring and motivating a team of sales executives and account managers
• Working closely with marketing and production to align commercial objectives with delivery capability
• Developing and nurturing key client relationships, especially with major retail and agency accounts
• Reporting on team performance, forecasting, and identifying opportunities for improvement

Key attributes required:

• Proven experience in managing or leading sales teams within print, graphics, signage, or related sectors
• Deep understanding of large format print and display graphics solutions
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and get the best from your team
• A commercial mindset with a track record of delivering against sales targets
• Based within commutable distance of Leeds with flexibility for hybrid working
