As HP Indigo Operator you will be responsible for:

  • Operating a HP Indigo 12100 Printer 
  • Processing and prioritising jobs throughout the day while planning and organising work to maintain the highest printing uptime on each digital press
  • For Senior Operators - Assisting digital press Junior Operators with issues, questions, and recommendations on potential skill improvement and continuous training
  • Continuously checking print quality and accuracy of customer orders
  • Performing daily equipment maintenance and solving print issues
  • Re-stocking supplies and consumables


Key attributes required:

  • At least one years experience on a HP Indigo Printing Press 
  • Experience with operating digital printing presses and any associated equipment (including any equipment maintenance procedures)
  • Strong equipment troubleshooting skills
  • Strong knowledge of expected print quality, and a drive to perform necessary maintenance to ensure print quality and colour accuracy
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and switch tasks at a moment’s notice
  • Decision making and problem solving skills to assist team members in identifying issues, finding and implementing solutions to any process or printing issues
