Hybrid Customer Service Opportunity

We currently have an opportunity to expand our Hybrid Customer Service Team and are looking for candidates with a modern skill set to work within our autonomous Tharstern/Prinergy workflow producing award winning publications for our high-end client base. We would be interested to see Prepress Operators that are interested in a Hybrid Customer Service role or Account Managers who would like to expand their skill set.

Overview of skills required:

• Candidates will have proven previous experience of working within a Prepress department or Account Management role in the print industry. 
• A proven track record of building relationships with clients and internal production staff.
• Recent experience working in a fast-paced environment producing high quality products on time and in full.
• Must be able to work well within a team environment but also be self motivated to work alone to the same high standards.
• Attention to detail is key whilst working to tight production deadlines.

Additional skills:

• Any Prepress application knowledge of Pitstop, Indesign, Acrobat etc will provide a competitive edge.
• Additional knowledge of impositions for PUR, Saddle Stitched & Thread Sewn binding would be beneficial.
• Any experience of JDF Workflow via Tharstern MIS would be advantageous. If previous experience is minimal then training will be provided to candidates with a desire to produce work in an autonomous workflow.

We are looking for passionate individuals who can bring an expertise in print to add value wherever possible whilst using our technology platform to maximise throughput.

The position will be day shift based with flexible working hours required to meet production peaks. It is essential that you are self-motivated and able to work to high standards with minimum amount of supervision
