Hybrid Print Operator (Litho & Digital) – Exeter

At Pollards, part of our UK-wide print and marketing group, we’re investing in our future – and that starts with investing in you. As we grow, we’re looking for a Hybrid Print Operator to work across both lithographic and digital print, producing high-quality work for a wide range of customers.

Whether your background is in Heidelberg XL litho presses or high-volume digital platforms (Ricoh, Xerox, HP, etc.), you’ll be supported to develop your skills in both areas – running jobs, maintaining machines, ensuring colour consistency, and helping us meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.

📍 Based in Exeter

🎓 Training is provided to cover any skill gaps across platforms

We’re looking for

✔️ Technically minded operators with strong colour vision and attention to detail

✔️ Experience in either litho or digital print (both is a bonus)

✔️ A willingness to learn and work flexibly across different technologies

✔️ A proactive, quality-driven approach and strong team ethic

Salary range: £28,000–£34,000 p.a.

Dependent on experience and shift pattern
