As Implementation & Transformation Director, you will be responsible for:

• Managing the due diligence and integration/implementation processes of acquisition target businesses in Europe
• Assisting in the delivery of key strategic business change projects
• Driving operational excellence and transformation change
• Senior point of contact for client stakeholders and  designated workstream leads for all project deliverables 
• Working closely with the Europe sales, commercial and solutions teams to transition new business wins into contracted client and operational workstreams

Key attributes required:

• Experience working at a senior level within a marketing services agency/print management 
• Experience of leading teams and in the implementation of new business, proven experience of driving large operational change projects; experience in mergers and acquisitions an advantage
• Strong understanding of all commercial aspects of managing businesses
• Willingness to travel when required within Europe
• Understanding of the global supply chain/logistics landscape
