INJECTION MOULDING MACHINE SETTER ESSEX

Salary dependant on experience + 22 Days Holiday + Bank + Overtime + Pension

Work Hours: Night Shift or 12-Hour Day Shifts

Our client is a leading plastic manufacturer with a global client base. They hold multiple accreditations, including ISO9002, HACCP Standard for Food Packaging Production, IQNET, and BRC.

We are seeking an experienced Injection Moulding Machine Setter to join our client's Manufacturing / Production team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, set up, and run injection moulding machines daily.
• Perform production tool changes and process setups as needed.
• Efficiently handle mould and colour changes.
• Record production data and monitor processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve injection moulding process issues to meet quality standards.
• Address and fix basic injection mould machine faults promptly.
• Provide supervisory support when required.
• Conduct daily maintenance on machines / mould tools and report unsafe conditions.

Required Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in injection moulding.
• Previous production experience.
• Mechanical engineering experience or training.
• Strong communication skills.
