We are seeking a driven Ink Technician to join a leading manufacturer of printing inks. As Ink Technician you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring that high quality inks are produced and maintained in a safe and controlled manner
• Performing colour matching for flexo inks, UV and water based
• Mixing panton base ink colours
• Using lab proofing, curing and measuring equipment
• Quality control
• Using analytic equipment to determine properties of inks/prints
• Packing and labelling mixed colours

Key attributes required:

• Outstanding colour vision
• Ink technician/technical ink background is with strong attention to detail
• Knowledgeable in flexo inks/from a label or offset printer background/ paint experience will also be considered
• Ability to work well individually and as a team
• Keen to grow and expand knowledge, full product training will be provided!
