Starting Salary: £23K (£30K OTE) + Benefits Package (below)

Our client is an expanding printing company based in Cheshire, part of a larger Group. With top of the range printing presses and digital print at the heart of the company, they pride themselves on having the best people and printing equipment and now have an opening for an Internal Account Manager to join their team.

Working as an Internal Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing customer accounts, as well as adding new clients to the portfolio. You will be the main point of contact for customers and will communicate effectively and regularly to build solid relationships and be their ‘go to’ person. 

The right person for the role – they need someone who:

• Thrives in a fast paced, sales environment, with a proven track record of performance
• Has excellent communication and telephone skills.
• Is able to build and develop a strong rapport with key stakeholders.
• Has previous experience of print in broker or direct sales (as a good level of print knowledge is crucial to help customers with their needs)
• Has solid computer literacy and the ability to use a CRM to collect, update and use data efficiently

The Package:

• This is a full-time position at 37.5 hours per week (typically Mon – Fri 8-4). 
• Holidays – 25 Days per year (increasing with length of service up to 28 days)
