As Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
• Developing strategies to grow existing accounts and identify new business opportunities focusing on pharma, medical, automotive, and FMCG industries
• Utilising market research and networking to identify and target high-potential leads
• Consultative Selling, using in-depth knowledge of packaging solutions (corrugated, stretch wrap, protective packaging and others) to provide expert advice and tailored recommendations to customers
• Working closely with cross-functional teams, including design, logistics, and operations, to deliver exceptional customer outcomes

Key attributes required:

• A strong background in key account management, sales, or business development within the packaging industry
• Demonstrable success in managing international accounts and driving new business
• In-depth knowledge of packaging materials and solutions, including corrugated, stretch wrap, and protective packaging desirable
• Familiarity with industry-specific packaging needs, particularly in pharma, medical, automotive, and FMCG
• Must be based in Spain, Barcelona or Italy, Milan
• Proficient in Spanish or Italian as well as English
