Key Account Manager | Print | Surrey - Hybrid | £40k plus Lucrative Commission and Car

 

Offering a wide variety of printing solutions, from lithographic and digital printing to large-format projects. They create everything from brochures and booklets to leaflets, banners, and more! Recognized for excellence, earning multiple industry awards for their work in large-format printing, customer service, and sustainability.

 

As Key Account Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and developing strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell print solutions, including small and large format printing
  • Working closely with internal teams (production, design, and customer service) to ensure seamless project delivery!
  • Providing expert advice to clients on printing techniques, materials, and sustainability options
  • Preparing and presenting sales reports, forecasts, and strategies
  • Attending industry events and networking opportunities to expand the company’s reach

 

Key attributes required:

  • Print industry experience is a prerequisite
  • Experience within lithographic, digital small or large format
  • Account management experience essential with a track record of building business and expanding accounts
  • Knowledge of sustainable print solutions and B Corp practices (desirable but not essential)
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
