Key Account Manager/Producer

We have a fresh opportunity for a Key Account Manager/Producer to help support our growth and maintain an incredibly high standard of client service. 

The role is for an experienced Account Manager to provide an exceedingly high level of support to one or two clients. You will be in regular contact with the clients throughout the day, providing creative solutions and proposals for their projects. But it does not stop there, the role includes managing the projects through our multi-million-pound factory, from concept through to delivery. Interacting with our creative team, CAD team, wide format team etc. to regularly check progress with projects to ensure they are produced to brief, on time and on budget. 

Creativity, diligence, and problem solving are essential to this position. Experience within the printing industry is a must. Understanding of fluted packaging, wide format processes would be an advantage. This is a full time, permanent position which requires you to be on-site each day.
