As Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Nurturing strategic partnerships with an existing portfolio of lucrative blue chip clients
• Identifying areas of opportunity within the accounts, upselling and cross selling to increase spend
• Effective commercial negotiation on pricing and regularly renewing contracts
• Providing day to day support to the clients, managing any queries and overseeing projects
• Delivering a high level of customer service and representing the business, ensuring values are maintained

Key attributes required:

• Considerable experience managing multi million pound portfolios
• Must have experience working within the packaging industry
• Technical knowledge of labelling and food industry standards would be a plus
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to implement price increases
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
