Our client is a well-established, privately-owned business with over 33 years of expertise in Flexographic, Letterpress, Foil, and Screen Combination printing. Renowned for producing high-quality self-adhesive labels with special finishes like foil, embossing, Braille, and variable data, they also supply plain and thermal labels, alongside ribbons for over printers.

This exciting opportunity comes with the flexibility of hybrid working-spend most of your time remotely while connecting with the team in-office 1-2 times a week.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in external sales, ideally in the self-adhesive printing industry.
  • Strong technical expertise and a solid understanding of printing technologies.
  • A proactive and self-sufficient approach to remote work, with occasional office visits.

Your Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development while managing and growing existing customer accounts.
  • Achieve and exceed year-on-year growth targets by nurturing long-term relationships.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with blue-chip clients across diverse sectors, including Food & Drink, Industrial, Chemical, and Toiletries and Cosmetics.

Candidate Profile

  • A goal-oriented professional with a proven track record in sales success.
  • Experience working with blue-chip organisations is highly advantageous.
  • Exceptional business development, negotiation, and account management skills.
