An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join our clients high-performing team as they capitalise on unprecedented growth in the exhibition, conference, and events sector. Due to significant investment and increased demand, they are seeking a talented Project Manager to contribute to their dynamic team to work within the Exhibition, Events and Conferences division, you will be the primary point of contact for their key clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service and support. You will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with clients and understand their unique business requirements, ultimately guiding them to achieve their goals through their products and services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong customer service orientation, with a passion for problem-solving and delivering results.

As the Project Manager, you will not only oversee core projects but also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including account management, sales, production and installation to contribute to the overall success of the things that you work on.

In this role, you will balance multiple accounts and projects, thereby honing your organisational and communication skills while making a significant impact on the business. Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key liaison between clients and their internal teams.
  • Build and maintain longstanding relationships with key clients.
  • Understand client needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Define tasks and required resources.
  • Create project timelines with clearly identified key deliverables.
  • Plan and implement projects, working with production teams on timescales and venue and install teams for implementation.
  • Evaluate and assess project success.
  • Resolve any issues or concerns clients may have in a timely and professional manner.

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Large format graphics knowledge
  • Understand different types of display media and finishing options.
  • Installation experience including the creation of packs for install teams.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and client relationship management.
  • Excellent logistical and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create project plan.
