Our client is a well-established large format graphics and exhibitions company based in the South East. They provide some most prestigious brands in the market with a range of vinyl graphics, window graphics, acrylic graphics, signage, large format print, hoarding, finishing, mounting and exhibition / retail / display / events / venue graphics.

They are currently looking to recruit a Hands-on Large Format Print Manager with strong production knowledge.

Responsibilities / Requirements:

• Managing 5/6 within the production department
• Holding production meetings every morning
• Scheduling workloads
• Quality control
• Oversee print production processes and ensure that the required materials are selected and purchased
• Ensuring that equipment is functioning correctly, and that health and safety protocols are adhered to
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Operating the large format machinery if needed
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
