About the job

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience with large format graphics printing or sign making to develop their skill set and become a highly valued member of our client’s production team.

You will be joining a company that offers a friendly, informal working environment where your suggestions and input will directly influence the way that the business is run.

Full training and support will be provided to allow you to run and operate all printing equipment and produce an enormous array of fantastic products.

Aspects of the job will include:

  • Hands on operation of large format printers (Vutek and Mimaki UV and Dye Sublimation)
  • Operation of Zund cutting systems
  • Print finishing including welding, laminating, mounting, graphics application and hand finishing
  • Working as part of the production team to facilitate timely production schedules
  • Ensuring products are produced to a high level of quality
  • Maintenance of machinery
  • Installation of graphics at events

Applicants should ideally have previous production experience within the large format digital printing sector. A familiarity with Vutek printers and Zund cutting systems is preferred but is not essential as full training can be provided.

More important than anything else is the ability to work well as part of a team with good communication skills and an eye for detail!

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills with potential opportunity to progress within the company to a production management role.
