LEAD INSTALLER - SIGN AND GRAPHICS KENT

Hours: 8am To 4:30pm Mon - Fri (O/T is regular and required to fulfil this role)

Salary: Basic salary £33K + Overtime (OTE - £67K)

21 Days holiday + Bank Holidays, Over-night meal allowance + breakfast allowance + work late meal allowance, Mercedes Sprinter Vehicle + tools / mobile scaffold tower etc, PC tablet, Mobile Phone, Fuel and Company credit cards, Standard Contribution Pension

Our client is a signage company based in Kent, they are currently looking to recruit a Lead Installer to join their Final Assembly Department. Our Client provides the perfect platform for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and driven individual to join their team and play an important part in the future development of the company.
Applicants must have experience installing the following: totems, flex face signs, built up letters, fascia signs, LED's and cabling, vinyl application of digitally printed graphics, brick vinyl & carrying out site surveys.

A positive aptitude for hands on work with a strong desire to work within a team & be able to assist others as and when required. They should be self-motivated and driven individuals, dynamic, versatile, extremely efficient, a team player and a good all-rounder.

Health and Safety exposure and ability to maintain a clean and tidy environment always is key, along with a technical mind and the ability to work with the existing sign crews, project management team and production staff to achieve high quality installations that the clients demand.
