We are looking for a Lithographic Printer – Continental Shifts – 3 x 12.5hour Shifts per week – No Nights

Role Requirements/Responsibilities

• Printing to a high quality, with high attention to detail.
• Problem-solving to ensure the efficient running of the printing press.
• To monitor and maintain the quality of work produced whilst getting the best out of the equipment.
• To keep the machine area in good order.
• To efficiently utilise any machine staff provided for you.
• To complete all documentation as required by ISO 9001.
• To pass on all relevant information to subsequent shifts.
• To report breakdowns or abnormalities immediately.
• To be fully conversant with all applicable Health & Safety procedures.
• To leave the machine in a safe and tidy condition.
• Give coaching and guidance where required.
• Ensure daily and monthly preventative maintenance is carried out and relative forms are completed.

Hours:

• The working hours for this role will be 6am to 6.30pm on a continental shift pattern consisting of 3 x 12.5 hour shifts per week (37.5 hours per week). Our facility runs 6 days per week – Monday through Saturday

Skills Required:

• The ideal candidate will have a least 3 years of experience running the latest highly automated Heidelberg printing presses. The roll involves running the latest B1 - CX104 – 5 colour press with aqueous coater.
• Able to work to a timely manner and as part of a team.
