Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate lithographic printing presses for ceramics
  • Monitor the printing process and adjust as needed to maintain quality and colour accuracy.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct quality checks on prints to ensure consistency and excellence across all pieces produced.
  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to safety and operational protocols.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in lithographic/screen printing, with ceramics as an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of colour theory and printing technologies.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for quality craftsmanship.
  • Ability to interpret and execute complex designs and specifications accurately.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and maintaining printing equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and designers.
