Logistical Account Manager | Print Management | Germany | €46-52k

As Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Supervising, coordinating, assigning, and reviewing work of 3PLS
  • Addressing complaints and resolving problems delivering a high level of client service
  • Ensuring proper workflow and due process for all orders & shipments
  • Managing resources to be able to deliver on time and per forecast
  • Working as a team to help deliver contractual requirements, prepare presentations and complete necessary account admin and reporting

 

Key attributes required:

  • Must speak English 
  • Good level of technical print knowledge with detailed understanding of different techniques
  • Account management experience, working within a contracted environment to strict SLAs (service level agreements) and KPIs (key performance indicators)
  • Organised and logical, willing to adapt quickly to changing policies and procedures
  • Ability to manage and communicate with key client stakeholders to successfully deliver and exceed their expectations
