Machine Operative | Corrugated Packaging | Leicestershire | £33k-£43k DOE

We are working with a prominent independent manufacturer of corrugated packaging, offering a diverse range of products to various industries. You would be working in a key operational hub, that is continually investing in cutting-edge machinery to maintain a market-leading position.

You will be responsible for: 

•    Operating and monitoring Latitude case making machinery to produce corrugated cases according to specifications. 

•    Conducting quality checks on products throughout the production process, identifying and rectifying any defects. 

•    Setting up and adjusting machinery for different product runs, ensuring optimal efficiency and output. 

•    Performing routine maintenance tasks and minor troubleshooting on the Latitude case makers. 

•    Collaborating effectively with team members to ensure smooth production flow.

Key attributes required:

•    Proven experience operating corrugated case making machinery, ideally with direct experience on Latitude case makers. 

•    Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. 

•    Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products. 

•    Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven manufacturing environment. 

•    A strong understanding of health and safety practices within a production setting. 

•    Good communication and teamwork skills. 

•    Flexibility to work various shifts as required by production demands.
