As Operations Director, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and developing the Senior Leadership Team 
• Taking full accountability for delivery of the P&L and key financial metrics of the business 
• Planning, developing and implementing strategy for operational management and business development to meet agreed business performance plans within agreed budgets and timescales
• Overseeing the sales and operations processes ensuring that they are streamlined and effective in the delivery customer satisfaction
• Co-ordinating the execution of new initiatives

Key attributes required:

• Experience of operating in a senior leadership capacity ideally within   packaging or the retail sector
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels internal and external to the business and build collaborative relationships – exemplary relationship builder
• Articulates vision into strategy
• Can take calculated risks and lead tough decisions
• Experience across EUR, US and China
