We are seeking an adept Managing Director for our UK subsidiary to spearhead our management team.  The ideal candidate will boast experience in the engineering sector coupled with a track record of leadership in senior management. This pivotal position is based in Surrey.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

-Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies aligned with short and long-term objectives.

-Secure new clients and projects to fortify and expand the forward order book.

-Oversee all operational facets, ensuring desired results are produced consistent with the overall company strategy

-Assume full P&L responsibility, driving revenue growth and profitability.

Key Skills and Experience

-Proven track record as a director or senior managerial figure.

-Commercial and/or technical qualification

-Proficiency in sales, business development and commercial strategy.

-Strong analytical and problem-solving acumen.

Job Details:

-Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent.

-Occasional Overseas travel to German HQ.
