MARKETING MANAGER

Our client is a printing and digital services covering statutory elections, non-statutory elections, democratic support, scrutiny and engagement. They are currently looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team, responsible for the following:

Planning and Budget

• Working with the Directors and Management Team to prepare a budget
• Websites (web addresses as per above).
• Digital Marketing (working with external service provider on several of the below items)
• Search engine optimisation (SEO)
• Search engine marketing (SEM)
• Content management - optimized for all channels and PPC
• Social media
• Web analytics reporting

Digital Marketing Wishlist

• Grow organic UKE website traffic
• Generate sales-ready leads
• Increase brand profile and reach
• Increase inbound marketing
• SEO advice and support
• PPC advice and support
• Blog and vlog creation and management
• Optimization of content
• Website management, update and leverage. (Helpful if experienced in WordPress, Divi & Oxygen)
• Possible help with webinar creation
• Email marketing input and support
• Web visitor reporting/visibility
• Creative design direction (digital and print)

Campaigns to increase sales

• E-shots, vertical market sector marketing/sales planning, top prospects support

Events

• Researching applicable events for exhibition, planning of all activity.

Newsletters

• Instigation, copywriting, publishing

Social media

• Posts and thought leadership articles for all Social Media such as LinkedIn, Twitter etc.

Proposals (support)

• Updating and devising new methods for the efficient and pleasing portrayal of our proposals.

Case studies and testimonials

• Constant updating, writing and design

Literature (hard copy or digital)

• Constant updating, writing and design of sales related collateral

White papers

• Creation of market-ready articles, showing our expertise and market leading position

Telemarketing

• Procuring data and extracting applicable data from our systems and utilising to message prospects and customers.
• Working with the management, telesales and sales teams to maximise results

Direct Mail

• Creation, writing and design to maximise calls to action from prospects and customers.

Tender support

• Liaising with management and the sales teams to help with the portrayal of proposals

Customer retention and cross sell

• Devising methods to keep and enhance sales from the customer base

Advertising

• Creation, publication and liaison/working with the sales teams to maximise results

PR

• As above

NPD

• Linking in with management and the sales teams to create and then promote, new methodologies and products to enhance the customer experience

Internal Communications

• Creation, copywriting and publication to all internal staff, communicating the latest developments, plans and success stories.
