MULTI-SKILLED OPERATOR - DIRECT MARKETING

NOTTHINGHAMSHIRE

Salary: Up to £15.86 per hour (dependent on experience)

Hours: 37.5 per week, on a 3-shift rotation schedule

Overtime Rates: Mid-week: 1.5x; Weekend: 1.75x

Holiday Entitlement: Starting at 22 days, increasing to up to 27 days with service

Benefits: Death in Service benefit / NEST Pension scheme / Free tea and coffee / Early finish on Fridays

Our client based in the Nottinghamshire area are specialists in print, mailing, direct marketing and personalised promotional materials and they are currently looking to increase their team with a Multi Skilled Operator.

As a Multi-Skilled Operator, you will manage the operation of machinery within the Finishing & Promotions area, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety are upheld at all times.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Setting up and running machinery, ensuring the correct job specifications are loaded.
• Monitoring and maintaining quality, output speed, and efficiency.
• Performing shift changeovers and completing ISO 9001 documentation.
• Reporting breakdowns or irregularities promptly.
• Ensuring a clean, safe working environment and compliance with Health & Safety procedures.
• Providing training, guidance, and support to colleagues as required.
