My client is a Litho Print and Direct Mail specialist based in the Midlands area, with a turnover in excess of £20M, they are client driven and dedicated to continuously develop innovative products and services that will serve their customer's needs.

They are constantly seeking to improve performance in the highly competitive lithograph printing markets in which they operate and are currently looking to add to their sales team with a New Business Development Manager.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director this is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, dedicated, hardworking individual to join an Employee Owned Company.

The role will be a predominantly homebased role, You won't be limited to the sectors that you sell into, you will be free to introduce the company to new markets

Responsibilities / Requirements:

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Sales experience within the print / direct mail industry
• Proven background of working towards sales targets and KPIs
• Ability to sell to a variety of businesses and clients
• Successful applicants will be enthusiastic, well organised, and have a positive attitude
• Highlight key areas of growth and target new clients to continue to grow accounts
• Sell the portfolio of print solutions

The chosen candidate will be knowledgeable of the Direct Mail / Litho Print sector with the desire to succeed.
