We are a small Family run, West Midlands based, quality full colour printing business, specialising in both Litho & Digital Sheet fed production, with full in-house finishing facilities, boasting an enviable reputation for high quality production, spanning 32 years.

We currently have a vacancy for a No 1 Machine Minder, to produce high quality printed materials within a fast-paced production environment. The successful applicant will require experience operating a Heidelberg XL 75 5 Col + Coater with In-Press colour Control.

The position consists of working a double day shift pattern, over 5 days (Mon to Fri period).

There is also a potential opportunity for a dedicated Night Shift Machine Minder position, working a dedicated 4 Night Week (Mon to Thurs).

Both positions require an experienced minder, able to work to high quality standards, both alone and as part of a team, with the ability to make production decisions on the fly, and to use their time in the most efficient way to maximise the production path.
