As Operations Director, you will be responsible for:

• Leading Product & Innovation; Operations, Quality, and Finance teams in such a way that people are motivated to perform at their best, challenges are overcome, the operation of the business is streamlined and effective
• Maintaining effective business reviews and reporting practices, identifying areas of underperformance and proposing plans to improve and inspire opportunities for growth
• Managing overall Business Processes, ensuring they are adhered by all, setting quarterly objectives and aligning across all functions
• Tracking process data, and reporting and communicating across the business
• Making quality and service delivery a leadership imperative. Ensuring that there are effective processes in place to monitor product quality and service delivery

Key attributes required:

• Significant experience in a senior leadership role, ideally within the luxury retail or manufacturing sectors
• Background in managing rapidly growing businesses is preferred
• A broad commercial awareness with a global perspective
• Proven ability to engage and coach teams through both direct and indirect reporting structures
• Strong communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with internal and external stakeholders at all levels and building collaborative relationships
