Role Profile

This role is responsible for establishing and executing the major strategic goals and objectives of the organisation.

This is a hands on, versatile role whereby leading by example will be key in facilitating growth, the successful candidate will be a proven completed finisher. 

The company has grown and developed successfully and now needs a key driver to lead the management in entering a new phase of growth.

Maintain integrity and honesty in all that they do and inspire others to fulfil their potential, recognising that the success of all projects stems from the people employed in running them. 

They will bring an infectious passion to the role to inspire those around them in helping reach the next phase in their growth. 


Key responsibilities include: 

Identification and drive forward new strategic direction 

Providing leadership and guidance for all company activities 

Analysing and evaluating the effectiveness of the organisation’s operations and personnel 

Representing the organisation to industry bodies, public agencies, partners and funders, and media 

Join the board of directors and report on all areas of responsibility 

Central to this role is driving forward the company’s core goals and objectives by ensuring the company’s primary focus is the delivery of high-quality services and solutions to a diverse market place. 

Applicants must have:

  1. Significant experience of working at senior/director level, plus a proven track record of achievement, ideally in either technology, print or the creative media industries. 
  2. Significant experience and exemplary record of leading, coaching, and nurturing teams 
  3. Outstanding communication capabilities and experience of dealing with people at all levels 
  4. Experience in high level strategy formulation and effective implementation 
  5. Extensive experience of operational management 
  6. A robust understanding of financial management; demonstrable understanding of P&L and setting budgets
