Operations Manager | Labels | South East | £ to attract the best

As Operations Manager you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing production and planning of the production of specialist labels for the healthcare and pharma sector
• Identifying areas of improvement and overseeing change, applying   lean and six sigma principles and experience
• Managing operations and production teams
• Implementing new KPIs and deliverables and monitoring 
• Capex responsibility

Key attributes required:

• Experience in an Operations/Production Manager role
• Proven experience applying lean and six sigma principles
• Background within primary or secondary packaging, pharma sector or engineering desirable
• Strong understanding of the packaging and labels industry
• Continuous improvement experience
