As Operations Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Supervising and managing a team, including performance reviews and staff development
  • Overseeing production, collaborating with Production Managers, Prepress Manager, and Facility Manager to coordinate and optimize label production
  • Implementing and leading initiatives to minimize downtime, improve efficiency, and drive continuous improvement
  • Developing and overseeing the departmental budget, ensuring financial goals are met as well as leading maintenance activities for production facilities across multiple locations
  • KPI reporting, analyzing and reporting monthly on departmental performance

 

Key attributes required:

  • Experience in an Operations/Production Manager role in packaging or labels, with strong leadership capabilities
  • Knowledge of Quality Management Systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, FSSC 22000, and GMP (preferred)
  • Expertise in Lean methodologies and continuous improvement processes
  • Structured and organized work approach with a results-driven mindset
  • Strong understanding of operational excellence, quality management, and improvement initiatives
  • Must be based in Sweden and fluent in Swedish and English
