As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering and managing client facing communications to include presentations, data reports and creative content
• Managing global projects, liaising with account teams in over 30 countries 
• Creating data reports for major stakeholders within the account 
• Liaising with other functional/departmental managers to support all necessary aspects and needs of operational deployment and to ensure they are fully informed of operational objectives, purposes and achievements
• Supporting the Account Director and Country Managers deliver excellence to the client

Key attributes required:

• Strong track record operating Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal communication skills 
• Experience of delivering creative content for magazines or newsletters for example
• Ability to work under pressure and under tight deadlines 
• Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to mange multiple projects simultaneously 
• Knowledge of Excel with ability to generate, interpret and present reports
