Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Effectively and efficiently progress Client orders through the appropriate facilities of Rivendell North.

• Working with internal and external teams to ensure client requirement are delivered within agreed SLAs

• Develop and maintain excellent communications with clients

• To operate approved procedures for administratively controlling work to enable accurate reporting and timely charging/invoicing where appropriate to take place.

• Manage client quotations and invoicing working closely with the Rivendell Commercial team

• Manage client requirements, from receipt of order to delivery of product or service

• Ensure that clients are kept fully informed of any issues affecting the quality, timeliness and delivery of their project

• Operate with honesty and integrity and develop Client Service Teams which support the team members and team service goals, as an aid to improving service to other departments

• Ensure that commitments are not made to clients which cannot be kept

• Ensure that designs are processed through production with all relevant documentation and supplied media to support the smooth and timely provision of Rivendell’s product and service

• Support the other team members Implement standard documentation designed to improve the clarity of information, reduce error rates and improve productivity and support Rivendell quality systems

• Review and access clients’ briefs ensuring technical and commercial specifications are accurate and processed into production orders

• Maintain and develop order processing systems which accurately measure Rivendell’s Client Service performance
