As Packaging Designer you will be responsible for:

• Utilising CAD software producing new structural design solutions for rigid and folding boxes
• Interpreting client briefs and developing creative yet practical structural packaging solutions for industries including luxury brands, beauty, electronics and beverage
• Creating prototypes and mock using a range of materials
• Collaborating with internal teams and clients to ensure designs align with branding and performance expectations
• Identifying cost-saving opportunities while ensuring high-quality design and efficient manufacturing processes

Key attributes required:

• Proficiency in CAD software – Artios CAD preferred
• Experience in structural packaging design essential with knowledge of rigid board and folding carton packaging solutions
• Understanding of packaging materials, processes, and European manufacturing standards
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Strong communication skills – ability to translate customer requirements into effective designs
