PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR - PRINT & DIRECT MAIL

LONDON

£Open (Depending on experience) + Pension + Parking (limited based on arrival time)

The successful candidate will be a key part of the Finance team and will be required to deliver the monthly payroll and associated reports.

They will help ensure we are fully compliant with all Payroll legislation and reporting is all completed in line with statutory timetables.

Key / Essential Skills:

  • Process and maintain accurate payroll records for employees
  • Calculate and enter payroll data, including hours worked, overtime, bonuses, and deductions
  • Ensure compliance with payroll regulations
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters
  • Collaborate with HR department to ensure accurate employee data in Payroll HR system
  • Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve any issues or errors
  • Generate payroll reports for management review
  • Prepare and post the related payroll journals to the SUN system
  • Year-end payroll processes and reporting
  • Preparing P11d calculations
  • Review procedures and look for process improvement
  • Other Adhoc tasks as required

Preferred Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll administration or related field
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations
  • Knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements
  • Ability to analyze and interpret payroll data for reporting purposes
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with employees and other departments
  • Flexible and able to cope under pressure and work to set deadlines
  • Good communicator
