Account Manager | POS & Print | Hertfordshire (Hybrid) | £35,000 - £45,000 

Aim Search are partnered with one of the Leading & Exciting Print & POS providers in the UK, they are looking for experienced and talented Account Managers to join their growing business!

The Account Manager will work on a number of Retail / FMCG / Health & Beauty accounts and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring high level of customer satisfaction. As the Account Manager you will be working on a variety of world-class marketing campaigns including temporary, permanent and semi-permanent POS activations. The Account Manager will be pro-active in their approach towards the clients and helping them meet all business objectives. Ideally you should have experience in working directly with brands and retailers, taking production briefs and have a good understanding of the print & production processes.

The Account Manager will be supporting the Group Account Director in providing excellent services, the Account Manager will be responsible for time and cost management of their own projects to always deliver against agreed SLA’s and KPI’s. We are looking for a passionate and driven Account Manager who will work alongside a talented and friendly team.

About the successful Account Manager:
• Must have previous POS (3d POS ideally) experience – good understanding of the print & production processes
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Solid organisational skills with ability to prioritise work to meet clients expectations.
• Solid accuracy and attention to detail.
• Solid interpersonal skills, able to develop positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Solid communication skills.
• Confident in front of clients, internal and external stakeholders.
• Be able to work onsite with clients.
• Good IT skills, especially MS Word and PowerPoint, and Excel.
