Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Pre-Press and Web-to-Print Operative to join our Artwork Department. This role is pivotal to our operations, focusing on file preparation, colour management, and maintaining quality standards while optimising workflow efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Press File Preparation: Prepare digital files to meet print specifications, optimise layouts, and resolve technical issues.

Colour Management: Implement and maintain colour profiles for consistent and accurate reproduction.

Software Operation: Utilise Adobe Creative Suite and Automation Software for efficient prepress operations.

Web-to-Print Management: Manage our W2P portals using the provided software, providing technical support and ensuring a seamless client experience

Project Management: Collaborate with production teams and clients to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 years experience in prepress operations.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and whilst not essential some familiarity with W2P platforms would be a bonus. 
• Strong technical problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• GCSE Maths and English (Grade C/4 or above
• Good communication and  customer service skills.
