We are working with a highly successful printing company which offers a comprehensive range of solutions designed around client needs. Customer satisfaction is their number one priority and they achieve this by having a fantastic team in place and through providing outstanding service and quality.
Supporting the management of a portfolio of customer accounts, you will ensure all customers receive a consistently superior level of customer service. You will develop a thorough understanding of customers’ needs to ensure requirements are met and they receive the customer service as detailed in their specific Service Level Agreement. We are looking for someone who works with high efficiency and respond to customer and supplier queries in a timely manner. Receiving quote requests from the customer and providing accurate and detailed responses will also be expected to be carried out within the target response time.
You must be on the ball, continuously confirming, monitoring and progressing chase orders to ensure all work is delivered within schedule, budget and quality standards. You will ensure customers stock stored and produced is proactively monitored and stock levels are maintained.
