About the job

Our client has long been linked with the highest levels of quality and customer service in print services. Your strong understanding of the print coupled with your passion for customer service will allow you to hit the ground running in this role, providing a seamless experience for a set list of clients.

Supporting the management of a portfolio of customer accounts, you will ensure all customers receive a consistently superior level of customer service. You will develop a thorough understanding of customers’ needs to ensure requirements are met and they receive the customer service as detailed in their specific Service Level Agreement. We are looking for someone who works with high efficiency and respond to customer and supplier queries in a timely manner.
