Due to significant investment in plant and technology, a leading printing and mailing provider is looking for an ambitious Senior Account Manager with 5+ years’ experience within the industry to join their team. Not only is this a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company, there is the scope for career progression to Account Director with exceptional performance. This role requires considerable experience in professional client relationship management and requires a full awareness of the customer journey processes and techniques in print, mail, and UK & International postage solutions.

As Senior Account Manager, you will be a key point of contact for clients and will be pro-active in your approach to keeping them updated and informed as mailing campaigns go through the factory and are dispatched.

We are looking for someone who will be a positive team member, even when under pressure.
