We’re on the lookout for an experienced Print Estimator to join our growing team. You’ll play a vital role in bridging our sales, production and design departments—ensuring everything runs smoothly from quote to completion.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Reviewing job specs and customer briefs to produce accurate, timely estimates
• Planning layouts using our in-house CAD software (training provided)
• Preparing estimates using our Tharstern MIS system
• Liaising with internal teams to ensure feasibility, accuracy, and efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous estimating experience within the print or packaging industry
• A keen eye for detail, strong numeracy skills and logical thinking
• Familiarity with Tharstern MIS (ideal but not essential)
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset
• A solid understanding of print processes and materials
