Print Finisher

About the job

Due to investment and company growth, we are looking for an experienced Print Finisher. Experience with standard finishing equipment including Polar Guillotines, MBO Folders and Duplo Booklet Makers & Creasers. Knowledge of the direct mail industry would be advantageous.  

Duties & Key Responsibilities:

• Work to strict quality procedures
• Understanding and ability to work to target driven Key Performance Indicators
• Liaising with the production team to ensure finished work is ready for the next process
• Using own initiative to ensure smooth running within the finishing department
• Proactive approach to work processes, identifying areas of improvement when necessary to enhance the efficiency within the department

Skills Required:

• Folding, guillotining, booklet making, creasing
• Experience in mail fulfilment and postal services desirable
• Computer Literate
