As a Product Developer you will be responsible for:

• Providing product development and technical leadership
• Working closely with internal sales colleagues to understand brief opportunities
• Ensuring projects are managed effectively and are kept within agreed timings
• Drive an innovative approach with clients by keeping abreast of the latest industry trends
• Proactively identifying, recommending and implementing improvements

Key attributes required:

• A passion for product excellence in delivering high value, high quality packaging projects to luxury brands
• Excellent knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes and quality requirements including material knowledge in wood, slate, aluminum
• Adept at fostering and maintaining strong working relationships
• Experience in developing complex items directly with third party manufacturers, often in Far East locations
