As a Product Developer you will be responsible for:

  • Providing product development and technical leadership for assigned projects.
  • Working closely with internal sales colleagues to understand brief opportunities and restrictions.
  • Ensuring projects are managed tightly and are kept within agreed timings.
  • Drive an innovative approach with clients by keeping abreast of the latest industry trends, practices, products and techniques.
  • Proactively identifying, recommending and implementing improvements to working practices.

 

Key attributes required:

  • A passion for product and excellence in delivering high value, high quality packaging projects to luxury brands.
  • Excellent knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes and quality requirements for the developing of packaging and gifted products.
  • Adept at fostering and maintain strong working relationships at all levels of seniority, both with external organisations and internal personnel.
  • Experience in developing complex items directly with third party manufacturers, often in Far East locations.
  • Able to travel to mainland China and other Asia Pacific countries as well as occasionally to Europe.
