As Product Innovation Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing a forward-thinking innovation plan aligned with the company’s growth vision
  • Utilising your technical background in engineering/technical product development to inspire teams to think creatively and challenge conventional approaches
  • Monitoring emerging technologies and customer needs, transforming insights into actionable projects from concept to launch, managing resources and timelines
  • Assessing project impact with data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes
  • Preparing for regulatory changes, ensuring readiness for Unique Product Identification and EU Digital Product Passport compliance

 

Key attributes required:

  • A strong technical background essential
  • Engineering experience/ innovation management/product management or technology-driven project work desirable
  • A deep understanding of labelling technologies hardware, software, and consumables
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams, drive complex projects, and build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • A strategic and innovative mindset, with a passion for identifying market opportunities and developing forward-thinking solutions
  • Fluency in English, and proficiency in additional languages such as German, Italian, or French is preferred
