PRODUCTION ALLROUNDER / GRAPHICS INSTALLER - SIGNS & LARGE FORMAT

WEST MIDLANDS

£OPEN (Depending on Experience) + Overtime

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm

Our client, a well-established signage and graphics company in the West Midlands, is expanding and seeking a skilled Production All-Rounder / Graphics Installer to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about large format graphics and installations, and who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install a variety of graphics, including vehicle graphics and signage
• Handle weeding, laminating, and finishing of large format graphics
• Ensure timely completion of projects, adhering to work schedules
• Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations
• Work both independently on-site and collaboratively with the team
• Exhibit flexibility to meet project deadlines
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and clients to ensure smooth project execution

What they are looking for:

• Previous experience in sign / graphic making and installation is essential
• Experience with full vehicle wraps is a significant advantage (though not required)
• Ability to follow directions, take initiative, and adapt to project requirements
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service
• Reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic with a strong work ethic
