PRODUCTION CONTROLLER

LONDON

£Negotiable (Depending on Experience) + 25 Days Holiday + 8 Bank Holidays

Our client specialises in the design and production of Point of Sale, Exhibition Displays, Outdoor Advertising and is looking to recruit a Production Controller to add to their existing team, to support the Account Director / Manager to manage and deliver day to day, weekly and monthly media campaigns throughout the delivery cycle, ensuring projects are delivered to the client brief, on time and in budget.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Support the client campaign planning team and creative agencies in managing artworks and concepts to strict deadlines.
  • Work closely with Production (estimating, production control, studio, Litho, digital) and the Finishing Departments, to coordinate print jobs correctly across all stages of the print process.
  • Take ownership of the delivery of projects by meeting deadlines, budgets and client specifications.
  • Book projects into the company MIS system and manage the workflow in production.
  • Agree and plan critical paths.
  • Provide regular project status reports to the production management team and client.
  • Coordinate the production of campaigns across multiple clients as and when required.
  • Always represent the company in a professional manner and attend client meetings and briefings when required.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of the company's production processes.
  • Build a thorough understanding of the client's marketplace.
  • Work with the Manager to ensure that attendance is managed- holidays, absence and sickness.
  • Liaise with the Manager to ensure training and development needs are identified and met.
  • Work consistently to ensure own individual performance targets are achieved.
  • Actively participate in the regular communication of important and relevant information about the company, the department, and the job.
