Blue Print are recruiting for a Production Manager to join their small team based in Droitwich. Duties include but not limited to:

Overseeing efficient running of printing production and managing a small production team.
Planning & organising production schedule.
Maintaining exceptional quality control levels.
Supervising production team, evaluating performance and ensuring policy compliance.
Provide support & training to employees & apprentices.
