An exciting opportunity exists within an award winning print production provider which delivers the most outstanding solutions.

As part of the Production team, you will process and manage briefs through internal workflow tools, working alongside the Client Service function. Requirements are as follows;

  • Take ownership of the internal planning of campaigns and engage with the relevant internal teams to manage requirements
  • Facilitate seamless co-ordination and timely completion of all jobs to the highest quality standards.
  • Ensure all projects align with client briefs
  • Meet deadlines consistently
  • Maintain budget adherence
  • Manage any potential risks / issues with the relevant Client Services and Production stakeholders
  • Communicate with Client stakeholders where agreed

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage workflow in production by booking projects into the company's MIS.
  • Liaise with Production departments (estimating, production control, studio, litho, digital) and Finishing teams to ensure proper coordination of print jobs throughout all stages.
  • Develop and maintain critical paths for projects.
  • Maintain WIP reporting and provide regular status reports to both the Client Services and Production teams.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's production processes.
  • Monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and escalate risks and issues to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Adopt technology to help streamline ways of working
  • Complete invoicing within a timely manner

Essential knowledge, skills & abilities:

  • Extensive knowledge of print production processes
  • Experience in the large format or point of sale print industry would be advantageous
  • Strong organisational & time management skills and planning abilities to complete tasks
  • Effective prioritisation, thrives under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and targets
  • Excellent communication abilities
