PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR & INSTALLATION MANAGER - SIGNS / GRAPHICS

LANCASHIRE

£Open (Depending on Experience) + Pension

Our client is a reliable and leading Signage Manufacturer based in the North West, they offer a full range of signage including built up illuminated letters, banners, hoardings, building wraps to name a few.

They are currently looking to recruit a either a Production Supervisor AND Installations Manager or a hybrid role covering both areas of responsibilities.

Production Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Shop floor supervision of a team of 4-5 staff
  • Managing and organising day to day jobs
  • Liaising with other departments
  • Self-motivated with excellent leadership and teamworking skills
  • Professional approach
  • Good communication skills
  • Works well under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Strong organisation skills

Installation Manager Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out on-site health and safety inspections
  • Managing all installation staff and fitters
  • Managing sub-contractors
  • Arranging installations
  • Writing reports
  • Arranging access equipment
  • Contacting site prior to installation visits
  • Conducting risk assessments and method statements

This company position offers the chance to go on client sites for installs and travel in the UK and abroad to various sporting events!
